Naomi is a highly experienced non executive director who sits on the Board of TAL, Australia’s largest life insurance company, as well as Yarra Investment Management Ltd and Accurium Ltd. She is the former Chairwoman of industry super fund Spirit Super. An actuary by training, Naomi is the 2023 President of the Australian Actuaries Institute. She has an executive background in the financial services industry and has a strong reputation in the responsible investing industry, having sat on the boards of two ASX listed industry leaders – Australian Ethical Investments Limited and Hunter Hall Limited. She is a former member of the Tasmanian Economic Development Board and the national board of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Naomi is a former Partner of Deloitte and a former director of Trowbridge Consulting.
Naomi has a first class honours degree in mathematics from the University of Canterbury and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
